WLA excels at helping organizations, institutions, and systems create healing in communities that are facing the greatest inequities in system change by promoting social justice and social & emotional safety. Our work is multi-faceted, weaving together participatory action research, trainings to understand and operationalize anti-racism, coaching for leadership and teams, and the facilitation of comprehensive community engagement and outreach processes.
